Amy has lived a life full of experiences. She has been an investor, a pilot, a law enforcement officer, a Special Agent with the FBI, and is a mom to four great kids. Amy started PAD Home Buyers to help homeowners navigate the difficulties of foreclosure and selling their home. Her experience and expertise in real estate has given her a unique perspective on the entire home sale process.

Richard Hinz  Sales Agent

Richard has a lifetime of experience in the housing industry. He stared his career in the custom millwork industry working as a finished carpenter. After moving to drafting design/sales he found his passion for helping people achieve their dreams. He also gained experience in the Financial Services Industry obtaining his federal security licensing to help clients with their retirement and insurance needs.

The real estate industry comes natural to Richard with his passion for working with people along with his extensive knowledge of architecture, home building and financing. He has a reputation of sharing his knowledge and experience building partnerships with his clients giving them unparalleled personal service.
